Ingredients
- 250g linguine or spaghetti
- 300g large shrimp, peeled
- 6 garlic cloves, minced

Instructions
- Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Reserve 1 cup pasta water.
- While pasta cooks, heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Season shrimp with salt and pepper. Sear 1-2 minutes per side. Set aside.
- Reduce heat to medium. Add butter and garlic. Sauté 1 minute.
- Add wine and pepper flakes. Simmer 2 minutes.
- Add drained pasta and shrimp to skillet.
- Toss with pasta water until sauce coats noodles.
- Top with parsley and parmesan. Serve immediately.
