Directions
- Whisk the chickpea flour, water, olive oil, fine salt, pepper, and rosemary (if using) in a medium bowl until completely smooth with no lumps. Cover and let rest at room temperature for 30 minutes (or up to 2 hours) so the flour fully hydrates and the batter thickens slightly.
